          Eligibility Requirements

          Has the applicant received Community Grant funding from Willoughby City Council during the current financial year? * Required
          Have all previous grants been acquitted, or has an extension been approved? * Required

          Do you have any outstanding debts owing to Willoughby City Council? * Required

          Do you currently receive substantial in-kind Council support (e.g., venue hire exceeding $10,000 per year) * Required
          Are you a school or government agency? (P&C associations may apply where the initiative provides broader community benefit) * Required
          Are you a political organisation or does your project have a political purpose? * Required
          Will the project be delivered within the Willoughby Local Government Area (LGA) or provide a demonstrated benefit to the Willoughby community? * Required
